Recruitment Lead Generation Internship

Your daily tasks

As Actions first ever Recruitment Lead Generation Intern, you’ll play a crucial role in the Recruitment team in our international headquarter. You will be working on professionalising and streamlining Recruitment marketing activities across the entire organisation. 

In this role, you will be in touch with new and existing suppliers like marketing agencies or job boards, and will build out a network inside the company, reaching from the Employer Brand team to Analytics and even to the international HR teams across Europe. 

• Help setting up and improving relationships with recruitment marketing suppliers
• Monitor and analyse the performance of campaigns using analytics tools.
• Advise in setting up job marketing strategies together with different stakeholders within Action
• Collaborate with the Employer Brand team to streamline 
• Improve our online and offline recruitment marketing toolkit
   

What you offer

• Currently pursuing a bachelor degree in Marketing, Communications, International Business or a related field and are looking for a working or graduate internship
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
• Creative thinker with a passion for marketing and recruitment
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and social media platforms
