e-CRM & Insights

We are keen to build perfect customer journeys in which our new platforms (EPI for Web, Selligent CRM, Stibo MDM) play a key role in something we call RoPo: research online, purchase offline.

Digital Marketing

We are convinced of the power of email marketing & digital advertising on social, search and display channels. Audiences will be developed to serve out our message of lowest price and surprise, fully data based. An effective set of owned and paid channels is being developed. Differentiation is key for our growth because we understand that German consumers are really different from Dutch ones.

Web Management

We will focus on an optimal (mobile first) web presence that is user friendly and focused on Action’s online exposure. We are owning the challenge of uplifting our online look whilst focusing strongly on content and a clear overview of our fantastic assortment.
