German HR Administrator



(Fulltime, 38 hours per week)

‘As a German HR administrator you take care of our personnel administration for Germany and Austria. Since you are extremely accurate in the way you work, you make sure all the relevant information is entered correctly into our systems. You also ensure that all our employees will have access to all the documents, information and salary they need, in a timely manner.’

What you will do on a day to day basis

As an HR administrator you will be part of our HR Shared Service Centre. Within this department you are part of a large team and you will be working on mutations and internal reports, amongst others.

On a day to day basis you will work on the mutations, examples would be: Address changes, changes in job title, changes in salary, declarations et cetera. Next to this you will create reports and overviews and you will check the accuracy of our data. So you are an analytical powerhouse and Excel holds no secrets for you.

What characterizes an HR Administrator at Action

You are accurate and highly analytical. Our formula with a surprisingly complete range of products and our extreme growth requires an enterprising, critical and pragmatic attitude with an high regard for cost consciousness.


  • Finished your education (HBO or similar) preferably in an HR related field;
  • Knowledge of HR tasks and process is a bonus, affinity with administration is a must;
  • Knowledge of SAP is a bonus;
  • Skilled in Excel;
  • Good command of German in word and writing;

Command of Dutch and/or French is a bonus.
