For our Real Estate business area and specifically within the Construction team, we are hiring a driven and meticulous colleague with construction background and business processes mindset. As a Quality and Sustainability expert for Real Estate, you will help us set best practices and innovative guidelines for building quality stores and distribution centres across Europe. As always, we are ambitious, so as well as growing rapidly we also want to make a big step up in the level of sustainability of our stores, particularly relating to energy sourcing, energy usage and use of recycled equipment . A big challenge and lots of fun!
Our new colleague likes to be at the Head-office and manage documentation, prepare agreements, discuss facts and opportunities with Risk and Audit teams. She/he can collaborate closely and successfully with internal and external partners, align with country colleagues and suppliers on project timelines, costs, and quality requirements. You can see it all and make yourself visible internationally. You are the expert and we need you to travel a couple of times a month (one day trips) to visit store locations under construction or in acquisition phase, to make sure we are working as planned, as described and defined in our processes.
