We are hiring a driven and hands on professional to manage, lead and improve, the support landscape within Real Estate at Action. This person will join our headquarters and be part of one of the most dynamic and international departments of the group, with activity in 7 European countries.
What will you do on a daily basis
The RE Group Support Manager has the responsibility to manage the RE Group team and data systems, plus build strong local RE support organizations in all countries. In this Group role he/ she reports directly to the RE Director.
Your main goal is leading the RE Support/ RE Systems at the Group level, and provide guidance and coordination for effective and efficient support organizations in existing and new countries. During the time you are working on the daily work you will be also developing strategic and operational plans in order to improve and optimize RE administration and data systems. #indeed
What characterizes a Real Estate Support Manager Group at Action
The person we are looking for preferably has deep knowledge of RE department activities within a retail company or a fast growing European company and is an advanced user of SAP systems.
Is a good communicator who can provide support, train others, understand the business needs and provide advice in a clear and pragmatic way while being aware of cultural differences and country specific requirements.
Is a hard working, hands on, down to earth leader who can communicate at all levels of the organization and engage with multiple business areas such as finance, transport, construction, store operations and human resources.
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree in combination with minimum 5 years of relevant working experience
- Proven experience within Real Estate
- English, both verbal and written
- 5 years of relevant work experience, (preferably within retail)
- Excellent knowledge of SAP and Microsoft tools;
- French, German and other languages are highly valuable.
