Workforce Management Analyst



Fulltime (38 hours per week)

As a Workforce Management Analyst you deliver a key contribution to the productivity of our 1300+ stores. Your work forms the basis of an efficient and effective Workforce Management system.

What will you do on a daily basis

As a Workforce Management Analyst you are part of the Productivity Team. Together you safeguard the international norms for all store processes. These norms indicate how much time is to be spent on various work-related tasks. For example stocking the various articles, mirroring the shelves or checking out customers.

In your role you will be responsible for the data storage within the Workforece management package. You ensure that the data is this package is always accurate and up-to-date. In practice this means upkeep of store specific qualities (# of shelves/ cash registers or the opening hours) and, on a weekly basis, granting store extra time for additional activities unique to their situation. You will also be responsible for adding new stores to the system.

At this point in time we are changing our Workforce Management System. For you, this entails safeguarding the date quality in the second system as well. Do the prognosis match the original system? Are the existing stores configured correctly in the new system? Is the cut-over between systems progressing as planned?

Finally you contribute to productivity related business cases. By providing your expert analyses you ensure decisions will be taken in a well-informed manner.

Thanks to your efforts our stores will be able to deploy their employees as efficiently as possible to allow our store activities to process as effectively as possible.

What makes a good Workforce Management Analyst

As a Workforce Management Analyst you oversee large quantities of data, therefore we are looking for someone who is able to keep up with the quantity and shines in their precision. Are you an Excel Superstar with analytical strengths?  Are you result oriented and do you get a kick out of optimizing our Workforce Management package? Then is role is the one for you!


  • HBO or WO education in economics;
  • 1 to 3 years of relevant experience, preferably within a retail organization;
  • Experience with productivity and personnel planning software is a bonus;
  • Well versed in Excel;
  • Affinity with IT;
  • Affinity with store processes;
  • Good command of the English language in word and writing.
