Our Campaign Manager works on campaign management on a daily basis. This means supporting the organisation in a planning role for a variety of marketing campaigns by working together closely with the marketing & digital team, while reporting results to senior management and explaining variances and ROI. Accordingly you will make recommendations and offer advice about the media strategy.
Moreover the Manager is responsible for customer insights. This entails providing market- and customer insights to support decision making. You will communicate with agencies, as well as contributing to the creation, interpretation and analysis of surveys.
Another responsibility regards the commercial category strategy. You will support the development of the Commercial Calendar in combination with Commercial Development and Buying, in addition to ensuring that activities are planned and executed to deliver the financial budgets.
Additionally you are responsible for people management by developing the skills and competencies of other employees, as well as being accountable for marketing development by leading cross-department projects.
